Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a leading cause of pain, suffering, and disability in New Hampshire workplaces.  Your workers may be at risk from activities such as lifting, or lifting too often, or working in awkward body postures.  MSDs are a serious problem as they increase the number of lost work days, increase insurance costs, increase training and staffing costs, and reduce operation efficiency and quality.  Simple changes allow employees to work within their physical limits and reduce the number errors, sick days and injuries.
