Cross Training:
The results are in; cross training is the proven most effective method for attaining your fitness and weight loss goals. This class rotates through six week sessions of cardio, weight training and yoga to help you tone up, lose weight and reach your fitness goals! Open to all ability levels.
Therapeutic Yoga:
Bring mind, body and spirit into a state of harmony and balance through a sequence of gentle yoga postures. This basic yoga class; taught by one of our physical therapists at Summit Health, is for all levels with special attention to therapeutic needs.
